President
Since the start of his career, Jean-Pierre has been involved in the design of factories, the elaboration and optimization of manufacturing processes. He has held many senior management roles within the manufacturing industry. In 1998, he founded Cimetech with the goal of sharing his vast manufacturing knowledge and experience.
Jean-Pierre is particularly interested in the scientific and financial application of modern management methods that enable high performance manufacturing. He approaches every project with the goal of increasing operating profits and cash flow while reducing lead time and inventory.
Jean-Philippe Goulet, eng. MBA
Director, R&D
Jean-Philippe is a specialist in operation management optimization. He used his extensive knowledge in optimization methods to create the Cimetech Factory Profit Optimizer, a revolutionary and easy to use workflow process mapping and optimization tool.
He completed a master degree in business administration at HEC Montreal and undergraduate degree in computer engineering at the University of Ottawa.
